Note: Urgent care appointments are offered to patients needing to be seen prior to the next routinely available appointment.

Since 2016, Dr Jackson continues to be the only GP to consistently provide After Hours Care (including Pubic Holidays).

Text message 0499 059 388 the following details: - Full name - Date of birth - Mobile phone number Dr Jackson will call you as soon as he is able and conduct a detailed phone consultation with you. This can be all that is needed to set your mind at ease and allow you to continue with what you are doing. Cost is $150 (Medicare covers part of this if you have seen Dr Jackson in past 12 m) |

This allows Dr Jackson to better triage and understand your concerns before seeing you in person.
If it is still deemed that you need to be seen, the $150 fee is wavered and put towards the call-out fee instead.
Call out fee $390; between 10pm & 6am - $580
(Medicare will reimburse approx. 14-30% to new & existing patients with Medicare Card)
